Working Principle
The ZSW feeder employs an inertia-type dual eccentric shaft exciter to generate directional vibration forces. A pair of gears with 1:1 ratio ensures opposite rotation directions at equal speeds. Electric motor-driven eccentric shafts produce composite directional vibration forces, causing the feeder trough to vibrate on supporting springs. Materials slide and are thrown forward on the trough, with baffles providing pre-screening by allowing smaller materials to pass through gaps directly into the next crushing process.
