Working Principle
The ZSW feeder utilizes an inertia-type dual eccentric shaft exciter to generate directional vibration forces. Between the two shafts is a pair of gears with a 1:1 ratio, ensuring opposite rotation directions at equal speeds. Driven by an electric motor, the eccentric shafts rotate, with their equal eccentric masses and distances causing inertia forces to cancel in one direction and combine in another. This creates a composite directional vibration force that causes the feeder trough to vibrate forcibly on supporting springs. Materials slide and are thrown along the trough, moving forward to achieve feeding. When materials pass through trough baffles, smaller particles fall through gaps without further crushing, directly entering the next process for pre-screening and ensuring optimal crushing efficiency and capacity.
