Working Principle and Structure
Materials enter the high-speed rotating rotor through the center and undergo sufficient shearing and impact through the throwing head. Under centrifugal force, rocks disperse and fly out at high speed from multiple outlets, hitting surrounding guard plates and falling rocks in the upper cavity, achieving efficient crushing through rock-on-iron and rock-on-rock impacts. During discharge, materials collide and roll, reaching a reshaped state through mutual impact and rolling friction.
This machine accepts material feed sizes up to 15 cm, producing sand and gravel simultaneously with yields around 90%. The largest model achieves production capacity of 900 tons per hour with flexible adjustment of sand-to-gravel ratio. Gravel shaping rate reaches 95% with particle shape meeting high standard aggregate requirements. It replaces impact crushers, cone crushers, and various sand making machines in one integrated unit.
