- Simple Structure: The special tension clamps and splicing sleeves used for ACMCC conductors are highly consistent in structural style with those for ACSR conductors.
- Strong Versatility of Crimping Process: The hydraulic crimping process and crimping dies for the tension clamps and splicing sleeves of ACMCC conductors are identical to those of ACSR conductors, requiring no additional special tools.
- High Current - Bearing Capacity: The aluminum sleeve adopted for ACMCC conductors has a larger outer diameter than that used for ordinary ACSR conductors, allowing it to carry a larger transmission current. When necessary, a double - plate reinforced drainage plate can also be adopted to further improve the current - carrying capacity of the product.
- Low Stress Concentration on Conductors at the pipe opening: Conductors at the outlet of ordinary aluminum sleeves are prone to stress concentration, which may lead to problems such as fatigue fracture and insufficient gripping force. The pipe opening of our products are designed with long slopes. During crimping, these slopes help disperse the stress on the conductor in the outlet area of the aluminum sleeve and reduce the stress concentration on the conductor at the pipe opening.
