1. The outer tube of the universal flexible arm is made of high-quality PVC and fiberglass-reinforced steel wire; it features high-temperature resistance (operating range: -70°C to +250°C; peak: +300°C), corrosion resistance, a lightweight yet durable structure, and optimal flexibility.
2. The internal support structure consists of a self-balancing linkage mechanism (made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy) that allows for omnidirectional hovering; by pulling the handle on the hood, the operator can easily position the intake hood anywhere within the arm's reach.
3. Arm lengths can be selected based on user requirements; the arm hovers securely in the desired position to capture fumes and exhaust gases without the need for additional support structures.
4. The intake hood can rotate 360 degrees relative to the arm, offering enhanced convenience and flexibility; operators can position the hood optimally for extraction from any angle around the arm.
5. The flexible extraction arm is compatible with fixed ducting systems or dust collection units, making it suitable for capturing and purifying various types of dust and exhaust gases in complex operating environments.
