Welded cylinder bearings, also known as joint bearings, are specifically engineered for hydraulic cylinder connection components, particularly rod end bearings with weldable earrings. Common models include GIHRN-K..LO, GIHR..DO, GF..DO, and GK..DO series.
The GIHR..DO series features a locking slot design consisting of a rod end housing and radial spherical plain bearing GE..LO (GEEW..ES). The spherical plain bearing is securely fixed in the housing by snap rings, while the rod end is manufactured from carbon steel or spheroidal graphite cast iron.
The threaded connection can be closed due to the slotted design, with thread clamping achieved using two hexagon socket screws in the GIHR-K..DO series. The standard GIHR..DO model operates without socket screws. All models support relubrication via a standard nipple.

Cold Installation (Small Sizes)

Hot Installation (Larger Sizes)
  • Heat bearing to 80-100℃ before inserting onto shaft
  • Use induction heaters or oil bath heating for even heat distribution
  • Avoid heating bearings with seals or dust covers above 80℃ to prevent seal material damage
