SYX hydraulic cylinder rod ends with welding shank feature a robust design combining a rod end with a radial spherical plain bearing. The bearing is securely fixed in the housing using snap rings, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.
Product Design & Construction
These hydraulic rod ends are available in two main configurations: rod ends with welding shank and rod ends with locking slot. The welding shank variant is manufactured from weldable steel and comes in two distinct shapes - prismatic and cylindrical. The cylindrical shank includes an elastic pin at the bottom for easy positioning and alignment during installation.
For rod ends with locking slot, materials typically include carbon steel or spheroidal graphite cast iron. These feature a female thread in the rod end body and are equipped with screws for secure fastening. Both variants support re-lubrication either through an oil cup or via holes in the rod end body, ensuring extended service life and maintenance convenience.
Performance Characteristics
Engineered with steel-to-steel construction, these hydraulic rod ends deliver exceptional wear resistance and durability. The high-strength sliding surfaces make them particularly suitable for applications involving heavy alternating direction loads or significant static loads.
