KAWA Gasoline pump assembly Suitable for Suzuki Jimny (JB74W) 15100-78R01 15100-78R00

In addition to its powerful power core, the pressure control and safety protection mechanisms of the Suzuki fuel pump assembly are equally exemplary in the industry. The assembly integrates precise pressure relief valves (safety valves) and check valves, acting as "intelligent traffic directors" within the fuel system. When the engine is idling or under low load and requires less fuel, the relief valve automatically opens to redirect excess fuel back to the intake side, preventing excessive pressure in the lines that could lead to ruptured hoses or pump damage. Conversely, when the engine suddenly stalls, the check valve closes instantly, locking the high-pressure fuel firmly in the lines like a sturdy gate to maintain residual system pressure. This ingenious pressure management mechanism not only ensures instant ignition for the next start, eliminating the driver's frustration of prolonged waiting, but also invisibly provides an impenetrable layer of safety protection for the entire fuel system.
