UHAND Robotic Feed Pusher Laser-Vision Navigation
The TL‑500R Robotic Feed Pusher is an intelligent autonomous feeding robot developed by UHAND AGRITECH CO., LTD. for modern large‑scale livestock farming. Adopting the integrated navigation solution of LiDAR, machine vision, IMU and RTK positioning, this four‑wheel‑drive robotic unit replaces manual labour for repetitive feed‑pushing work inside livestock barns.
Built with heavy‑duty push‑plate feed‑pushing structure, the robot can run continuously for over 10 hours under actual working loads. It supports automatic wireless fast charging without manual plug‑in operation. Multiple working modes including scheduled automatic task execution, local manual trigger and remote activation are available.
The robot is equipped with abundant perception sensors, on‑board video system and cloud data interaction capability. It can identify forage conditions, monitor leftover feed and collect feed intake data. All running data, task logs and real‑time video streams can be uploaded to the cloud management platform. Designed for harsh farm environments, the equipment features high‑level dust‑proof and water‑proof performance to adapt to wide‑range ambient temperature changes from‑30℃ up to 60℃. Rapid on‑site deployment helps farms realise unmanned regular feed pushing to keep fresh feed continuously accessible for cattle and other livestock.
- High‑precision Multi‑sensor Fusion NavigationCombining LiDAR, vision camera, IMU and RTK modules, the robot achieves stable positioning and automatic global path planning. Customised working routes can be set flexibly to fit different barn layouts. It will not get lost even under complex indoor farm conditions.
- Strong Field Adaptability & Long EnduranceDual‑motor four‑wheel drive delivers climbing capacity of more than 15 degrees. The 51.2V high‑capacity battery supports ≥10‑hour continuous loaded operation. Automatic wireless fast charging only takes around 3.7 hours for full charge, and standby duration can reach one week. IP56 machine protection and IP65 controller rating resist dust, splashing water and farm corrosive contaminants, performing reliably within‑30℃~60℃ temperature range.
- Intelligent Adaptive Feed‑pushing PerformanceThe push plate adjusts its height and opening angle automatically according to barn internal‑external environment and real‑time feed stacking status. Automatic feed‑pushing distance adjustment optimises feed distribution. It supports linkage control with barn roller doors and traffic signal coordination with feed mixer wagons to cooperate with whole‑farm feeding workflows. Forage recognition, residual feed monitoring and feed intake feedback provide data basis for precise feeding management.
- Diversified Operation & Remote ManagementThree trigger modes: scheduled automatic task, manual start and remote start. Operators can implement mobile remote control, live‑view real‑time video and video playback. Optional WiFi and overseas network access satisfy different regional networking requirements. The cloud platform records pushing time, travelling route and power consumption, and displays real‑time battery, mileage and task completion status. 24‑hour remote monitoring service is available.
- Comprehensive Multi‑layer Safety ProtectionMultiple safety mechanisms cover physical sensing and software early‑warning. It realises intelligent obstacle avoidance against pedestrians and electric vehicles. Rear safety touch sensor, low‑battery reminder, offline and fault alarms are configured. SMS and phone push notifications inform managers of abnormal events. Work lights, turn‑brake indicators and voice warning prompts reduce on‑site collision risks. Fault and sensor error self‑detection guarantees stable long‑term unattended operation.
- Fast Deployment & Labour‑saving BenefitNo complicated reconstruction is required for barn facilities. Rapid deployment shortens commissioning cycle. Repetitive feed‑shifting manual work is fully automated, lowering labour intensity and cutting farm labour cost. Regular timely feed pushing improves livestock feed intake.
- Large‑scale cattle farms (dairy cows, beef cattle), sheep raising barns and other ruminant livestock breeding sites requiring frequent feed pushing.
- Closed‑type breeding barns, semi‑open livestock houses with concrete passages, slatted‑floor walkways and ramp aisles with slope within 15°.
- Farming enterprises pursuing unmanned and digital feeding management, hoping to record feed‑related data via cloud platform.
- Farms operating in cold northern or high‑temperature southern regions, where working ambient temperature fluctuates widely.
- Commercial livestock farms with existing feed mixer wagons, requiring robot‑wagon signal coordination via barn‑entrance traffic lights.
- Medium‑to‑large‑size breeding operations that want to reduce night‑shift manual feed‑pushing workload and realise scheduled round‑the‑clock feed pushing.
