CNC POM Bottle Indexing Star Wheel for Automated Filling Lines

This custom CNC machined POM indexing star wheel is designed for rotary filling and labeling lines, where the bottle pockets guide containers between the conveyor and individual processing stations. Its pocket contour, pitch and center bore must match the bottle diameter, line layout and machine mounting interface to prevent misalignment during transfer.
POM acetal offers good machinability, dimensional stability and sliding properties for many packaging applications. The required grade should be confirmed if the wheel contacts food or must withstand specific cleaning chemicals.
For replacement or new equipment projects, provide the bottle drawing, pocket count, rotation direction, mounting pattern and operating speed so the profile can be manufactured for the intended line.
