CNC Aluminum Vibratory Feeder Track Insert for Automated Fastener Sorting

This custom CNC machined feeder track insert is designed for vibratory feeding systems that orient screws, bolts and other small fasteners before automated assembly. The machined channel guides each part toward the outlet track, while the guide walls help maintain the intended feeding path.
The channel profile must match the fastener head diameter, shank diameter, overall length and required orientation. Incorrect clearances can cause fasteners to bridge, rotate incorrectly or become jammed at transitions.
Before production, provide a fastener drawing or sample, required feed orientation, target throughput, feeder interface dimensions and outlet geometry. Check the channel width, wall height and transition radii against the actual fastener to help achieve consistent feeding.
