CNC Aluminum UAV Servo Horn for Fixed Wing Flight Control Linkages

This custom CNC machined aluminum servo horn is designed for fixed wing and VTOL UAV flight control systems, where a servo actuator moves the aileron, elevator or rudder through a mechanical linkage. The central spline bore engages with the servo output shaft, while the selected linkage hole determines the effective lever arm and available control travel.
7075 T6 aluminum provides a high strength to weight ratio for compact moving components. The final design must account for servo torque, linkage loads, vibration and the required control movement without overloading the servo or binding the linkage.
Before production, confirm the servo spline specification, arm length, linkage hole spacing, fastener size, required angular travel and clearance to adjacent structures. Hole position and spline fit should be checked against the actual servo and linkage assembly.
