Heavy-duty flat 2D welding table with modular fixture holes, commonly referred to as the 2D flexible welding table in the industry, is a modular welding workbench specifically designed for sheet metal and frame-type workpieces. It is dedicated to planar two-dimensional positioning (X/Y axes) and lacks vertical side full holes (differentiating it from the 3D five-hole platform). The workbench achieves tooling-free assembly and clamping through its matrix holes on the tabletop.

Conventional length and width: 1000 × 1000, 1200 × 1500, 1500 × 2000, 2000 × 3000mm; the standard height of the workbench above the ground is 850mm (industrial human-machine universal height), and the support legs can be configured with adjustable support feet or brake universal wheels. Custom non-standard sizes available.

• Main Material of Countertop: HT300/HT250 high-strength cast iron (stress relief annealing, long-term heavy load without deformation); Q355 high-strength steel plate, welded with reinforced ribs for the overall box body
• Base Structure: Square tube welded reinforcement bracket + bottom longitudinal and transverse reinforcement ribs, heavy-duty model with built-in honeycomb reinforcement structure
• Support Legs: Standard fine adjustment and leveling bolts for table level calibration even on uneven ground
• Surface Process: Preferred gas nitriding treatment (nitriding layer of 0.01~0.02mm, surface hardness of HV420~480, resistance to high temperature welding slag splashing, rust prevention and wear resistance); Economic type available with black phosphating + rust proof spray painting
