Our 3D 28mm Hole Diameter Flexible Modular Welding Table is a professional heavy-duty fixturing platform designed for modern precision welding and metal fabrication. Unlike ordinary 2D flat welding benches, this 3D table provides five working surfaces to achieve full-dimensional positioning, clamping, assembly, and inspection.
Adopting the international standard Ø28mm hole / 100×100mm grid, all modular accessories are fully universal and interchangeable. It allows fabricators to set up custom fixtures in 10-30 minutes for different workpieces, eliminating expensive custom-made jigs and improving production flexibility dramatically.
All sizes adopt standard D28 system: Ø28mm holes, 100×100mm grid, 200mm high side panels, 25mm table thickness.
Two material options: HT300 Cast Iron / Q355 Steel Plate.

5-Sided 3D Positioning with Full Hole Coverage
The top surface and all four side panels (front, back, left, and right) feature a full grid of standard 28mm holes. This enables not only flat-surface clamping but also vertical support, lateral clamping, and elevated positioning. Complex structures—such as tubular frames, vehicle chassis, and enclosures—can be clamped securely in a single setup without the need for makeshift shims or spacers.
Fully Modular, Universal Tooling System
- All accessories are designed for the standard 28mm hole pattern and are fully interchangeable with fixtures from other manufacturers using the global D28 system. Core components include:
- Positioning: Locating pins, V-blocks, L-shaped square blocks, U-shaped supports, and angle squares
- Clamping: Quick-locking pins, screw clamps, vertical/horizontal toggle clamps, and telescopic support posts
- Expansion: Extension plates, riser blocks, and connecting locks (for joining multiple platforms)
- A single workbench can handle the welding of dozens or even hundreds of different workpiece types, replacing the traditional "one-off, dedicated jig" approach

Designing and manufacturing traditional dedicated tooling takes days; in contrast, reconfiguring the D28 platform for a new workpiece takes only 10-30 minutes. Assembly and disassembly require no consumables, and fixtures can be reused for over a decade, drastically cutting tooling manufacturing costs and reducing the warehouse space needed for jig storage.

D28 28mm system is designed for heavy-duty workpieces with larger clamping force, higher load capacity and larger spanning fixture layout. D16 is more suitable for light sheet metal and small precision parts.
