- Inner Layer Rust Protection: A thin layer of rust-preventive oil is evenly sprayed across the entire surface, followed by a vapor phase rust inhibitor film. Desiccants are inserted into the holes to prevent rusting from the high humidity and salt spray of sea transport. All threaded holes and positioning holes are fitted with plastic dust plugs to prevent weld slag and sawdust from entering and damaging the precision hole system.
- Outer Layer Export Solid Wood IPPC Fumigated Wooden Crate: The crate uses thickened channel steel as the frame, 5mm steel plate as the end cap, and a grid-like channel steel base with provisions for forklift/lifting ropes. The crate is labeled with IPPC fumigation markings, complying with customs quarantine requirements in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, avoiding the risk of return and destruction.
- Separate Packaging for Accessories: Clamps, positioning pins, and support legs are packaged separately in small wooden crates, accompanied by a packing list in both Chinese and English, material certificates, precision test reports, and instruction manuals.
