In addition to the conventional state specifications, the 3D welding table can also be treated with nitriding process as required to better strengthen the quality of the table. Nitriding process is a surface treatment method for flexible welding tables.
Nitriding, also known as nitriding, refers to a chemical heat treatment process that allows nitrogen atoms to penetrate into the surface of steel workpieces. Its purpose is to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of parts, as well as improve fatigue strength and corrosion resistance.
