This 1000mm longitudinal straight seam welding machine is custom-made for automatic longitudinal seam welding of thin-wall cylinders, conical barrels, flat plates, and rectangular box workpieces. It features a cantilever annealing stress relief frame with pneumatic key clamping fixture, enabling one-side welding with double-side forming for stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloy materials.

Compatible with TIG/MIG/MAG welding power sources, this machine is widely used in water storage tank, pressure vessel, fire cylinder, ventilation duct, and kitchen equipment manufacturing industries. The system includes PLC intelligent control with stepless welding speed adjustment.

• Deformed-Free Cantilever Frame: Main beam uses integral welding with high-temperature stress relief annealing process, ensuring long-term operation without bending deformation and guaranteeing straightness for long-distance welding travel.
• Pneumatic Key Type Uniform Clamping: Continuous pneumatic pressing fingers on both sides of the weld seam provide uniform compression force, preventing warping deformation during high-temperature welding. Clamping spacing is adjustable to accommodate different plate widths.
• Copper Backing Gas Protection Mandrel: Built-in copper forming mold with argon back protection for weld root enables one-side welding with double-sided molding, producing smooth inner weld surfaces without oxidation and reducing post-weld grinding requirements.
• Servo Travel Drive System: Servo motor with rack and pinion transmission and precision ground guide rail ensures stable, smooth torch movement with stepless adjustable welding speed (5-15mm/s), guaranteeing consistent weld beads for mass production.
• Integrated Electrical Protection Design: All cables and air tubes arranged in drag chains to prevent wire breakage. Equipped with emergency stop button, overload protection, and manual/automatic dual mode switching with English operation panel for international workshop use.
