High Accuracy D28 Welding Table with 100mm Spacing
The High Accuracy D28 Welding Table with 100mm Spacing features a full 5-face hole configuration for true 3-dimensional clamping. Reamed φ28 H7 holes ensure consistent positioning with hole-to-hole tolerance of ±0.05 mm. Artificial stress-relieving aging eliminates internal stress and prevents long-term table warping. The plasma nitrided surface provides anti-spatter and wear-resistant performance. Worn holes can be repaired with D28 bushing inserts on-site without returning to the factory.
Multiple tables can be spliced together for oversized workpieces, with each table requiring independent supporting stands. This system is widely integrated with robotic welding cells for offline programming and precise datum calibration. Various stand options are available: heavy-duty fixed stands with levelling feet or mobile wheeled stands. Wheeled stands should only be used for relocation and must be fully lifted off the ground during welding operations. Material certificates, inspection reports, 2D drawings, and 3D STEP files are available upon request. Not suitable for direct arc striking or gas-cutting on the table surface.

Three Stand Options:
- Fixed Heavy-Duty Stand: Welded steel structure with leveling feet; recommended for high-precision applications. Leveling capability is crucial for maintaining surface flatness.
- Stand with Locking Casters: Facilitates workstation mobility. Casters must be locked during heavy-load operations; do not perform welding while the table is supported by the casters (i.e., with casters off the ground), as this can cause tabletop deformation.
- Simple Split-Type Stand: Low-cost option suitable for smaller tabletops.
