3000kg Welding Positioner for Metal Fabrication & Vessel Seam Welding

This 3-ton welding positioner is heavy-duty welding auxiliary equipment, specially designed for medium and large circular workpieces such as pressure vessels, large flanges, pipe spools, and cylindrical tanks. It rotates and tilts workpieces continuously to achieve flat welding position, effectively avoiding overhead and vertical welding. Widely used in pressure vessel factories, pipeline manufacturing, metal fabrication, and engineering machinery workshops, it significantly reduces labor intensity while improving weld seam consistency and quality.

A1: Horizontal rated load is 3000kg, vertical load 1500kg. The load capacity is related to workpiece gravity center. If the center is far away from the table surface, the allowable load will decrease accordingly.

A2: Yes. The T-slot rotary table supports installation of large-size self-centering welding chuck. We can supply the chuck as an optional accessory.

A3: Features VFD frequency conversion control with rotating speed 0.05-0.5rpm stepless adjustable, providing stable performance for slow circumferential welding.

A4: Utilizes semicircular gear + worm gear self-locking structure. After adjusting tilt angle within 0-90°, the machine remains securely fixed in position.
