Industrial D16 welding table with 1200x1000mm table top and 150mm height
The D16 3D Flexible Welding Table 1200 × 1000 mm with 150 mm side wall height is a high-precision modular fixture platform designed for accurate positioning and assembly of medium-small welding workpieces. Adopting D16 Φ16 mm locating hole system with 50×50 mm standard grid, the table integrates five-sided CNC machined surfaces, enabling multi-direction clamping on top and four vertical side faces.
Processed with artificial aging stress relief and plasma nitriding hardening treatment, the table body effectively avoids long-term deformation and delivers excellent anti-spatter and wear-resistant performance. All locating holes are precision-reamed to D10 tolerance, fully compatible with worldwide D16 standard clamps, locating pins and positioning blocks.
