5Ton tilting welding positioner is medium-duty rotary welding auxiliary equipment, specially designed for 0.5-5 ton cylindrical, disc and irregular heavy workpieces. The turntable supports 360° horizontal rotation and 0°-90° free tilting, converting difficult overhead welding into flat welding. Equipped with VFD stepless speed regulation and dual control system to guarantee uniform welding bead. Widely used for small tanks, pipe flanges, elbows, valve bodies and pressure vessel end welding, ideal equipment for medium and heavy welding workshops.
