Our Precision D28 3D Welding Fixture Table for Tooling is a heavy-duty modular fixturing platform built for tooling fabrication, heavy-duty assembly and high-precision welding jobs. Featuring full 3-sided / 5-sided hole pattern with Φ28 H7 holes on top and four vertical sides, this D28 welding fixture table delivers reliable X/Y/Z-axis positioning for building custom jigs, fixtures and tooling bases. Manufactured from stress-relieved HT300 cast iron or Q355 steel plate with full nitrided surface HV550-900, it ensures outstanding flatness, long-term stability and excellent anti-spatter performance. Fully compatible with global D28 modular clamping accessories, it eliminates high costs for dedicated single-purpose jigs and perfectly fits robot welding stations, mechanical frame production and low-medium volume mixed-part manufacturing.

Packaging and Shipping
- Export Packaging: Fumigated solid wood crates or fumigation-free plywood crates; protective rubber padding on the tabletop and protection for mounting holes; split packaging for large-sized units.
- Transport Risks: For long-distance sea or land transport, do not drop or throw the unit during unloading; use designated lifting lugs for hoisting; do not wrap steel cables directly around the tabletop.
- Installation upon Arrival: After delivery, uncrate the unit and let it sit for 24 hours to acclimate to the ambient temperature before leveling and verifying precision; rapid temperature fluctuations can cause temporary measurement deviations.
- Warranty: Standard 12-month warranty for welding tables; extended warranty (2-3 years) available for purchase; warranty excludes arc burns, damage from violent impact, and wear-and-tear parts.
