1 Ton Welding Positioner Automatic Rotary Welding Turntable for Cylinder Pipe Welding
The 1-ton welding positioner is compact automatic rotary welding equipment for small-size workpieces. It can rotate and tilt workpieces, keeping welding seams at ideal flat position. This equipment greatly improves welding quality and working efficiency, and is widely used for small cylinder, pipe, nozzle and shell circumferential welding. It can match 3-jaw /4-jaw welding chuck for stable workpiece clamping.
Workpiece is fixed on the turntable flange. Driven by motor and reducer, the table realizes 360° rotation and 0-120° tilting. Operators adjust rotating speed via control box or foot pedal. Workpiece turns automatically to place weld seam in down-hand welding position, reducing welding difficulty and manual labor.
