1.5x1.5m Column Boom Welding Manipulator Support SAW TIG MIG Welding Process
Our 1.5×1.5 m column & boom welding manipulator, also known as welding cross-arm machine, is compact automatic welding auxiliary equipment. It features a vertical lifting stroke of 1500 mm and horizontal boom extension stroke of 1500 mm. This manipulator is widely matched with welding rotators and positioners to realize automatic girth welding and longitudinal welding for tanks, pressure vessels, and cylindrical workpieces.
This manipulator adopts heavy-duty welded column-boom structure with stress-relief treatment. Inverter stepless speed regulation ensures stable boom movement. It supports SAW, MIG/MAG, TIG and plasma welding processes. PLC control box and wireless remote controller are available for convenient on-site operation. The compact footprint makes it ideal for medium-small workshop production lines.
- Heavy-duty rigid structure: Column and boom adopt high-strength steel welded construction with stress-relief annealing, effectively avoiding structural deformation during long-time continuous welding. Hardened guide rail ensures smooth movement and long service life.
- Stepless adjustable moving speed: Vertical lifting & horizontal boom travel adopt VFD speed control. Travel speed adjustable within 100-1000 mm/min, perfectly matching different welding procedures.
- Flexible combination compatibility: Perfectly cooperates with welding rotators and welding positioners, finishing automatic girth seam and longitudinal seam welding for cylindrical shells. Suitable for retrofitting existing workshop production lines.
- Multiple optional functional modules: Supports welding oscillator, arc-voltage height tracking, auto wire feeder, flux recovery & delivery system. Wireless remote control for easy operation away from control cabinet.
