Engineered for high-accuracy heavy metalworking applications, the Heavy-Duty D28 3D Modular Welding Table for Metalwork provides a rigid 3D fixturing foundation for welding, assembling and dimensional checking of large-scale metal components.
Top surface plus four machined side walls feature uniform Φ28 mm H7 hole pattern to support multi-axis positioning and clamping. Built-in stress-relief removes manufacturing residual stress to preserve flatness under heavy loads and welding heat cycles. Interchangeable D28 accessories allow rapid reconfiguration between different part batches, while joint-pin connection supports on-site enlargement of working area.
It is widely specified for heavy machinery, rail-related fabrications and robotic welding stations requiring stable, traceable positioning performance.

- All edges are rounded to prevent cuts to operators
- Packaging: Fumigation-free solid wood export crate, internally secured with timber, moisture-proof film + desiccant; heavy-duty tabletop with lifting point markings to prevent deformation during lifting
- Gross Weight: The large 2000×1000 Q355 25mm tabletop itself weighs approximately 1.2-1.5 tons; the weight is even greater with support legs and clamp kits

- Main body structure and worktable warranty: 12 months, excluding damage from human-caused wear, arc burns, and impacts
- Clamping pins and pressure plates are consumable parts and are not covered by the warranty
- Normal working condition lifespan: 8-12 years for nitrided worktables
- Arc burns to holes are considered operational damage and not a product quality issue
