Installation Process
  1. Concrete surface preparation, crack repair, leak stop, remove aged and loose concrete parts
  2. Brush primer (0.2-0.4kg/m²)
  3. Base surface preparation (putty 1.0-1.5kg/m²)
  4. Brush epoxy resin on the surface (0.4-0.5kg/m²)
  5. Stick the carbon fiber fabric onto structure
  6. Saturate the fabric by brushing epoxy resin along the fabric, ensuring no bubbles exist in the composite matrix (crucial step) 0.1-0.2kg/m²
  7. If applying additional layers, brush 4-6 times for each layer
  8. FRP wrap operation completed - protect structure from impact for 24 hours

Our carbon fibers feature high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios, thermal and electrical conductivity, and excellent fatigue resistance. When properly engineered, carbon fabric composites can achieve metal-level strength and stiffness with significant weight savings. Carbon fabrics are compatible with various resin systems including epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins.
