Installation Process
  1. Concrete surface preparation: crack repair, leak stop, removal of aged and loose concrete
  2. Brush primer (0.2-0.4kg/m²)
  3. Base surface preparation with putty (1.0-1.5kg/m²)
  4. Brush epoxy resin on surface (0.4-0.5kg/m²)
  5. Apply carbon fiber fabric to structure
  6. Saturate fabric by brushing epoxy resin along fabric, ensuring no bubbles in composite matrix (critical step) (0.1-0.2kg/m²)
  7. For additional layers: brush 4-6 times per layer
  8. FRP wrap operation completed - protect structure from impact for 24 hours
