Q: Can I get samples before my order? How long it will be to get the samples?
A: Free samples are available, the customer pays the freight cost. 7-10 days for you to get the samples.
Q: What is your OEM process?

Q: What is your MOQ? Can I get a lower price if I place a large quantity?
A: Normally a 40HQ container but can be negotiate. Price can be vary according to the quantity, please contact us for specific price.
Q: How about the delivery time and payment terms?
A: For the first order, it will be 25-30 days because it takes time to confirm the package design and some details. But for the following order it is around 15-20 days.The payment term is usually 30% deposit before production and 70%balance before shipment.
