We specialize in manufacturing Pulley Castings / Sheave Castings in Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, and Carbon Steel to suit various operating conditions:

• Gray Iron Pulley — HT200 / HT250 grades. Suitable for general industrial drives, fans, and pumps under light-to-medium loads. Cost-effective, with excellent damping capacity and castability — the preferred choice for standard pulleys.

• Ductile Iron Pulley — QT450-10 / QT500-7 grades. Tensile strength 2-3 times that of gray iron, with high elongation. Ideal for heavy-duty applications such as mining machinery, crushers, and high-power compressors — offering higher safety margins and fracture resistance.

• Carbon Steel Pulley — C45 / 45# grade. Good weldability, suitable for special applications requiring high toughness, such as tower cranes and port machinery. Heat treatment options are available to increase surface hardness.

Our casting processes include Resin Sand Casting (higher precision and surface quality) and Green Sand Casting (cost-effective and efficient). We also offer Dynamic Balancing Testing to ensure low vibration and noise during high-speed operation.
