Pass through shot blasting machine with manganese wire mesh continuous blasting for flat metal parts and aluminum die castings
Capabilities and applications
This mesh belt pass-through shot blaster enables continuous blasting for thin, fragile components vulnerable to collision damage, covering various castings, forgings, automotive fittings and welded parts with individual workpiece weights from 1 kg up to 100 kg.
Component transportation is realized via a wear-resistant wire mesh conveyor with adjustable tension, offered in standard widths of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm.
The permeable mesh structure allows abrasives to bombard workpieces from upper and lower directions simultaneously. Typical turbine configurations include 4-wheel, 6-wheel and 8-wheel setups.
The internal blasting chamber is protected by manganese steel wear liners to resist long-term abrasive erosion.
A premium cartridge dust removal system ensures exhaust dust concentration stays below 30mg/m³, fully meeting industrial environmental protection standards.
Machine inlet size, blast wheel power and quantity, as well as conveyor dimensions can be customized according to actual production output and workpiece technical parameters.
Custom-designed equipment is available if standard models cannot fulfill your surface treatment specifications.
