- Dual-side Synchronous Blasting: Matching blasting nozzles are installed on the top and bottom sides and run synchronously. This delivers uniform surface roughness, cleanliness and surface finish across workpieces, eliminating the need for follow-up secondary cleaning procedures.
- Precise Parameter Control:Controlled by PLC, key operational parameters are fully adjustable: blasting pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.8 MPa, abrasive flow rate from 50 to 200 kg per hour, conveyor speed between 0.5 and 5 m/min, and nozzle swing frequency from 0 to 30 cycles per minute.
- Intelligent Automatic Operation: The PLC control system realizes automated execution of the whole production workflow, including workpiece feeding, positioning, blasting treatment, dust extraction and finished part discharging.
- High Abrasive Recycling Rate: Combining a cyclone separator with a pulse dust collector, the system attains an abrasive recycling rate as high as 90%. It separates usable abrasives from contaminants, cutting operational costs while meeting environmental protection requirements.
