The vacuum recovery manual sand blasting machine (also called dustless vacuum sand blaster or closed-circuit manual sand blaster) is a portable, closed-loop surface treatment device that integrates blasting, vacuum recovery, abrasive separation, and dust collection. It solves the dust pollution and abrasive waste problems of traditional open sand blasting, making it ideal for indoor, confined-space, and precision surface treatment scenarios.

Closed-Circuit Dustless Operation
- Equipped with brush sealing structures, the blasting nozzle forms a local negative pressure area on the workpiece surface. Dust, spent abrasives and residues are immediately extracted and delivered into the recycling system to prevent dust leakage, fully complying with stringent environmental regulations and workplace occupational health requirements.
