Specialized surface treatment equipment designed for high-efficiency, uniform sand blasting of both sides of thin metal sheets and products in a single operation.
Core Capabilities
- Dual-side Synchronous Blasting: Matching blasting nozzles are fitted on the top and bottom and work in sync. This ensures consistent roughness, cleanliness and surface finish over the whole workpiece, so no secondary cleaning is needed afterwards.
- Precise Parameter Control:A PLC system handles the control, with all core working parameters adjustable. Blasting pressure can be set from 0.2 to 0.8 MPa, abrasive flow from 50 to 200 kg/h, conveyor speed 0.5–5 m/min, and nozzle oscillation frequency 0–30 cycles per minute.
- Intelligent Automatic Operation: The PLC system runs the full production cycle automatically: workpiece feeding, positioning, blasting, dust removal and discharge of finished parts.
- High Abrasive Recycling Rate: Equipped with a cyclone separator and pulse dust collector, the system achieves up to 90% abrasive recovery. It screens reusable media out from impurities, lowering running costs and complying with environmental standards.
