Continuous shot blasting machine for steel wire steel bar steel tube descaling with special conveyors
Capabilities and applications
Built around a custom‑built roller conveyor, this tube and bar shot blasting machine is mainly used to clear scale, old paint and rust off carbon steel tubes, round bars and rebar. It also works well for LPG cylinders, gas cylinders and other cylindrical parts, which can travel smoothly through the blasting chamber supported by our purpose‑designed roller system.
V‑shaped rollers are fitted for workpieces that go through the machine one time only. For parts requiring multiple blasting passes, we adopt straight rollers with several grooves.
The blast wheels are constructed from wear‑resistant material, with power ratings ranging from 7.5 kW to 45 kW to deliver reliable, high‑efficiency blasting. Conveyor travel speed is adjustable between 0.5 m/min and 6 m/min.
A heavy‑duty cartridge filter dust collector is included for environmental compliance, keeping dust emissions below 30 mg/m³.
