Capabilities and applications
The LPG cylinder shot blasting machine is designed for surface treatment of LPG, CNG and gas cylinders. It removes rust and old coatings while relieving surface stress of workpieces, to improve coating adhesion.
There are multiple models available for this cylinder blasting equipment. The first is the diabolo roller conveyor variant. It enables horizontal forward movement of LPG cylinders while rotating them during transport. One or two blast turbines are mounted on the top of the blasting cabinet. As cylinders rotate while advancing, the blast wheels deliver full all-round cleaning. This model operates in continuous production mode.
The second option is the spinner hanger shot blasting machine, fitted with I-shaped or Y-shaped overhead rails. It is generally applied for low-volume blasting tasks.
The third type is the monorail hanger shot blaster, running in continuous operation. It can be integrated seamlessly with upstream and downstream stations of the complete production line.
Clients can select the appropriate model based on their actual production needs.
