Continuous LPG cylinder natural gas cylinder shot blasting machine with diabolo roller conveyor
Capabilities and applications
Our LPG cylinder shot blaster handles LPG, CNG and gas cylinders. It removes rust and old paint, relieves surface stress and improves coating adhesion.
Three machine types are available:
- Diabolo roller conveyor model: Cylinders move horizontally and rotate during transport. One or two blast turbines are mounted on the chamber top. Rotation ensures full all-round blasting for continuous production.
- Spinner hanger type: Fitted with I/Y overhead rails, ideal for small-batch blasting.
- Monorail hanger type: Continuous operation, easily integrated with upstream and downstream production processes.
Customers can select the proper model to match their production demands.
