Capabilities and applications
Marble stone shot blasting machines are widely applied to create roughened surfaces on granite, marble, concrete blocks and stone slabs.
Our standard models can handle concrete stone and block workpieces with widths ranging from 600 mm to 1200 mm.
This machine consists of a pre-chamber, blasting chamber and cleaning chamber. Workpieces travel continuously through these three sections via a conveyor system, available in either roller or rubber belt type. The conveyor speed is inverter-controlled, adjustable between 0.5m/min and 6m/min.
Inside the cleaning chamber, a high-pressure blower fitted with height adjustable nozzles blows away leftover abrasives on stone surfaces. Material handling equipment can be adopted for loading and unloading to maintain high production throughput.
The number and layout of blast turbines are customized according to workpiece dimensions and required output. Constructed from wear-resistant materials, these blast wheels have power ratings of 7.5 kW to 15 kW to deliver powerful and effective blasting performance.
Wear-resistant rubber curtains seal both the inlet and outlet chambers to prevent dust and abrasive leakage during operation.
Equipped with a high-efficiency cartridge dust collector, the machine meets environmental standards, limiting dust emissions below 30mg/m³.
