Main Frame: Q355B (S355JR)/Q235B (S235JR) hot-rolled H-beams and columns, factory-automated submerged arc welding with sandblasting for rust removal. Protected with fluorocarbon paint or hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance, ensuring a service life of 50+ years.
Secondary Structural System: Includes C/Z-shaped steel purlins for supporting roof and wall cladding, round tube/angle steel tie rods for connecting columns and enhancing longitudinal stiffness, and round steel/angle steel bracing to resist lateral forces including wind loads and seismic activity.
