Combined with pasteurizing, homogenizing and aging functions, this all-in-one pasteurizer brings one-stop solution for gelato and dairy processing. It features flexible temperature regulation between 60°C and 80°C for professional pasteurization, followed by automatic hygiene maintenance procedure. It allows 72-hour internal preservation of gelato raw materials while keeping all nutritional components unchanged.
The inner cylinder is made of high-quality 304 food-grade stainless steel, with smooth seamless design to avoid cleaning blind spots and stop bacteria from breeding. Multiple safety mechanisms are equipped to protect the machine: it will cut off power automatically when facing overloaded motor, overheated compressor or unstable voltage. All specifications and designs can be customized according to actual business needs.
