The machine can store gelato mixture for up to 72 hours steadily, well preserving original nutrition and flavor without deterioration.

Adopting food grade 304 stainless steel cylinder design, it leaves no sanitary dead ends and effectively inhibits bacterial growth, fully meeting food safety standards. Built with complete safety protection system, the equipment will automatically shut down for self-protection once motor or compressor occurs overload, overheating or abnormal voltage surge.
