A: MOQ from 50 pieces per custom dimension set, with no mold fee for simple shapes. Samples take 3-5 days and mass production runs 8-10 working days after deposit.
Q: Can I customize density, color and surface finish?
A: Yes. Density is adjustable from 15 to 500 kg/m3, hardness from 38 to 70 Shore A, and color can be black, grey or Pantone matched. Lamination, flocking, adhesive backing and logo debossing are optional.
Q: Is a free sample available?
A: Yes. Left-over material for samples is free of charge and the buyer covers freight. A 1:1 custom sample is available for approval.
Q: What packaging and shipping options do you offer?
