General Instruction
- DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent is a new type of high efficient decolorizing flocculant, It is a color removal chemical, special product for de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr decreasing and other applications used to remove the color of wastewater generated by textiles process houses and dyes industries and other fields.
- It has high color removal of dye wastewater, by providing a large number of cations, the negative charge is brought on dye molecules are neutralized instability, at the same time with DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent by a large number of hydrolysis of flocs. Can be adsorbed dye, destabilization of the snare, from water separation, so as to achieve the purpose of bleaching.

Application Guidelines
- Dilutes with 10 - 40 times water and then dosed into the waste water Directly, after being mixed for several minutes, waste is precipitated or Air-floated and the water become clear
- pH index of the waste water should be adjusted to 7 - 10 for better Result
- If colority and COD are relatively high, it can be used with the help of Polyaluminum chloride to reduce treatment cost, whether polyaluminum Chloride is used before or afterwards depends on the flocculation test And the treatment process
Application Field
- Water Decoloring Agent is mainly used to decolor the effluent with high colority from dyestuff plant. It is suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dyestuffs.
- It can be used for color removal treatment for high-colority waste water from dyestuffs plants. It is suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dyestuffs.
- It also can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as retention agent.

First we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the waste water), after then DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide.
It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 7-8, otherwise the consumption of DCA-58 will be ~20% higher.
