Our taper roller bearings can be classified into the following three main types for easy selection:

1. Single row taper roller bearings
2. Double-row taper roller bearings
3. Four-row taper roller bearings

The taper roller bearings are designed with tapered inner and outer ring raceways, with tapered rollers arranged between the two raceways. The projection lines of all tapered surfaces converge at a common point on the bearing axis, which endows the bearings with excellent performance in bearing combined loads (both radial and axial loads).

The axial load carrying capacity of the bearings is mainly determined by the contact angle α — the larger the contact angle α, the higher the axial load carrying capacity. The calculation factor e is an important indicator reflecting the size of the contact angle; a larger value of e means a larger contact angle, and thus the bearing is more suitable for carrying axial loads.

In addition, our taper roller bearings are generally separable. Specifically, the cone (composed of the inner ring, roller and cage assembly) can be installed separately from the cup (outer ring), which greatly facilitates the installation, disassembly and maintenance of the bearings in actual use.
