GE30ES-2RS is a double sealed radial spherical plain bearing with built-in PTFE self-lubricating liner. It allows multi-direction swing and automatically offsets assembly alignment errors under radial load. The 2RS dual rubber seals are its core upgraded structure compared with standard GE30ES.
Two integrated nitrile rubber seals on both sides block dust, mud, splash water and metal debris. Liner and steel friction surface stay clean without contamination. Perfect for outdoor, dusty and humid harsh working conditions.
High wear-resistant PTFE composite liner is bonded on the outer ring inner wall. No regular grease filling required during the whole service cycle. Cut maintenance labor costs and equipment downtime greatly.
Inner and outer rings adopt high-carbon alloy steel with overall quenching treatment. Uniform force-bearing structure supports large static and dynamic radial loads. Stable swing performance under frequent impact and reciprocating swing.
