This high-performance aluminum alloy liquid cooling plate is purpose-engineered to deliver reliable, consistent thermal management for electric vehicle (EV) and industrial motor controllers. Built with seamless friction stir welding (FSW) technology, it creates a defect-free, leak-proof bond between the base plate and internal flow channels, eliminating the risk of thermal distortion or weld porosity that can compromise cooling efficiency.
 
Crafted from thermally conductive, lightweight aluminum alloy, the cooling plate features an optimized internal serpentine flow path that maximizes coolant contact area. This design rapidly dissipates heat from high-power IGBT modules, capacitors, and driver circuits, ensuring the motor controller operates within safe temperature limits even under high-torque, continuous-load conditions.
 
Its compact, low-profile form factor is tailored for direct integration into motor controller enclosures, with customizable mounting holes and port positions to fit a range of OEM designs.
