Product Overview
The Standard Hard Acrylic Court uses premium grade acrylic resins with enhanced UV stabilizers. While the coating remains a thin, non‑structural surface (applied over a sound asphalt or concrete base), the higher quality pigments and binders significantly slow fading. Total thickness is 1.0–1.2 mm (5–7 coats). The base can be either virgin asphalt or recycled asphalt (RAP) – both work well as long as they are properly cured and crack‑free. This system provides consistent ball bounce (ITF Category 3) and good slip resistance for regular club and school use. Note: acrylic cannot prevent base cracks – proper base preparation is essential.
