Centrifugal Separation Technology
The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and one or two liquid phases in a single continuous process using extremely high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The interface position between liquid phases can be adjusted for maximum separation efficiency. Special disc stack plates provide additional surface settling area, dramatically accelerating the separation process. The specific configuration, shape, and design of these plates enable continuous separation of various solids from one or two liquids. Concentrated solids can be removed continuously, intermittently, or manually based on centrifuge type and application requirements.

Process Flow:
1. Feed introduction via stationary inlet pipe
2. Liquid discharge through centripetal pump
3. Feed acceleration in distributor
4. Separation in disc stack
5. Solids collection in holding space
6. Centripetal pump chamber operation
7. Centripetal pump discharge
Separation occurs inside the rotating bowl with feed introduced from the top. The distributor ensures smooth acceleration before entering the disc stack. Liquid-solid separation happens between discs, with liquid moving to the center and pumped out via paring disc. Solids collect in the periphery and discharge intermittently through a hydraulic system that opens solids ports at preset intervals.
