Drive System Options
One Motor Drive - Simple design offering cost-effective purchase and operation. Ideal for applications with constant solids volume, easy solids conveyance, and less stringent requirements for residual water content in solids. Features belt-driven input shaft with easily replaceable pulleys for speed adjustment.
Two Motor Drive - Enables cost-effective differential speed regulation with wide operating ranges. Secondary motor drives the gear input shaft, allowing easy speed regulation via motor control. Suitable for fluctuating solid volumes, difficult conveying conditions, and stringent residual water content requirements.
Hydro Drive - Similar operation to two motor drive but with hydraulic design. Features rotating hydromotor supplied by hydraulic regulation pump unit. Enables automatic regulation as differential speed is proportionate to oil quantity conveyed.
