Huading series disc centrifuge separators provide continuous flow separation for coconut oil and other industrial applications. These centrifugal separators are specifically designed for liquid-based processes, effectively separating substances and solids from liquids while simultaneously separating liquid mixtures.

Working Principle
The disc stack centrifuge separates solids and one or two liquid phases in a single continuous process using extremely high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall, while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers.
The interface position between liquid phases can be easily adjusted to ensure maximum separation efficiency. The disc stack provides additional surface settling area, dramatically accelerating the separation process.
