Design Features
The rotating assembly is mounted on a compact, in-line frame with main bearings at both ends. Vibration dampers are positioned under the frame, and the rotating components are enclosed within a protective casing featuring integrated outlets for both solids and separated liquids.

Working Principle
2-Phase Separation Process

- 5. Dry beach discharge
The feed suspension enters through an inlet pipe into the conveyor's feed zone, where it accelerates into the bowl interior. Settled solids are conveyed axially toward the small end by the screw conveyor, which rotates at a differential speed. Solids are lifted from the pond along the dry beach and discharged through ports into the casing collection chamber, while the liquid phase flows toward the large end and overflows adjustable plate dams.

Light liquid phase discharges through radial holes in the large end hub, while heavy liquid phase exits through axial holes. A separating plate prevents mixing, with liquid levels controlled by plate dams. Solids discharge follows standard procedures.
Construction Materials
All process-contact components including bowl, conveyor, inlet tube, outlets, and cover are constructed from stainless steel. Critical wear areas feature erosion-resistant materials, while the frame utilizes mild steel with epoxy enamel finish.
